Here are the sites I'm currently following online, I'll give them a rating out of /5 based on how much I enjoy reading them:

Comics:

Chris's Invincible Super-Blog -- Reviews, observations, etc. Good for the occasional laugh. 3/5
Dateline Silver Age -- Newspaper headlines from comics. 4/5
Mike Sterling's Progressive Ruin -- Very Similar content/format to the Super-blog. 3/5
Every Day is like Wednesday -- Reviews, etc. 3/5
Robot 6 @ Comic Book Resources -- Comic News-- The problem with this RSS is that you tend to get a bunch of crappy updates along with the good ones, but the good outweighs the bad, and this is the best comic news RSS I've found. 4/5
SCREW Magazine Cover Art -- comic history-- One of the few sites I've found devoted to comix. Post are infrequent, but filthy and historical content is worth it. 3/5
Todd's Blog -- Todd Klein is a professional comic book letterer-- he does reviews, logo studies, and talks about lettering. His blog has a nice variety of content, and is update frequently. 4/5
Covered -- users send in their own "takes" of comic book covers-- just go look. 5/5
Kirby-Vision -- Jack Kirby inspired work. 4/5
Super I.T.C.H -- Comic book history at it's finest. Lots of links to online comics. 4/5
The Self-Absorbing Man -- Superstar artist Paolo Rivera being weird. 4/5.
Warren Ellis -- Warren Ellis being Warren Ellis. 5/5

Design:

Abduzeedo: Illustration and design. Posts too many giant posts, too often. Lack of focus. 3/5

Smashing Apps -- This'll be of no interest to most people. The occasional interesting thing pops up from time-to-time, but I usually skip past updates. 1/5
Trend Land -- Design, fashion, art. One of my favourite sites. Updates are frequent with interesting posts. 5/5

Writing/Film

Uninflected Images Juxtaposed -- Screenwriter, etc. blog
John August --Screenwriter blog. 4/5
I find your lack of faith disturbing -- Screenwriter blog. Infrequent. 4/5.

Also--if you're not using google reader --you should. It makes following sites so much easier, especially if the site updates infrequently, and you tend to forget about it's existence.
